My work is rarely done with tube paint. I prefer to mix pigments with a binder. I often use Kremer pigments.
I must remain vigilant concerning my own
desires. The yin and yang energies are out
of balance. I free myself from this
blockage in order to advance.
I practice firmness of spirit and
flexibility in action in order to develop
harmony in my soul.
I practice moments of silence in order to
establish enduring calm in order to
advance with present mindedness in
everything I undertake.
I nourish myself with my inner strength
to become firm while staying humble in my
daily actions.
In union with another person I practice
active listening and right speech.
