Honoring the Sacred Feminine

This work is the first series after having left the teaching profession.

I spent the first year in a voyage of discovery of Neolithic and Megalithic cultures where the Mother Earth Goddess was worshipped. This trip took me from Cape Breton, Nova Scotia (Canada) all the way to stunning places in Morocco, France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Eastern Europe and Greece.

I discovered that my passion for the "Sacred Feminine", which began during a trip to Ireland several years ago and continued with many readings, had awakened in me once more. I kept a travel diary and once home I was so full of experiences and images that I was able to give birth to sixty paintings in three months.

I played a lot with these images in an atmosphere of joy and gratitude for the sacred feminine. I felt also that the second half of my life would be filled with feminine energy.
