The I Ching

I observe nature in order to better
understand that which can nourish body,
soul and spirit. Thus I attain true
abundance and generosity in life.
 

I nourish myself with my inner strength
to become firm while staying humble in my
daily actions.
 

I separate myself from my discriminating consciousness in order to sublimate the spirit. I am serene and await the right moment to free myself from false yin such as coveting riches.
 

I travel from the depths of the earth
towards the light. Each step is a
benediction for I perfect myself in
helping others.

Perseverance on the path to truth guides
me to order in the universe.

I keep my inner confidence in adversity.
 

I exercise power with love and
discernment.
 

I still my mental mind. My soul
becomes as chaste as a virgin to feel and
perceive the spirit.
 

I cultivate virtue while continuing to
help others to progress. But I do not
teach others until I have attained the
Tao myself. I prepare myself to become a
"guardian of the well".

I travel from the depths of the earth towards the light. Each step is a blessing for I perfect myself in helping others.

I advance towards the light of the spirit. Sincerity and spirit clarity guide me to supreme goodness.

I extricate myself from the confusions of
the world in order to discern the truth
from illusion.
 

I am the guardian of my inner fire which
leads me to illumination.

I  refine my mental mind in order to give birth to the spirit within my body which is like a house. Thus the inhabitants of my house, my life body, soul and my « I » become the guardians of the truth.

 I receive abundance by practicing balance between clear thinking and right action.

I remain attentive to my thoughts and
feelings. I distinguish between the essential
and the insignificant in order to act
appropriately for the needs of the present. I
study all things deeply to understand the
principle of life.
 

I master the traps in this world of
illusion so that I can incarnate cosmic
wisdom on earth.
 

I reduce all excess and fortify the
positive within me. I direct my destiny by
walking the middle path: balance between
steadfastness and gentleness.
 

I exercise right action and right
thinking. I observe worldly phenomena
with detachment while accomplishing
great projects for the good of humanity.

I stand upon the earth to perfect the
laws of heaven. This is the path of the
temporal in accordance with creation.

I allow myself to be carried by our mother earth.

Pure yin energy makes me receptive and

humble to manifest the wisdom of the cosmos.

I avoid disorder and haste in my life. I
neither hurry nor am I lazy. I act
accordingly no matter what trials I may
go through. Thus I progress harmoniously.
 

I allow myself to be carried by the
primordial energy of the cosmos. Pure
yang energy gives me confidence in life. I
practice right thinking.
 

I integrate joyful energy in acting
according to the needs of the present
moment for the enduring happiness of all
those around me.
 

In union with another person I practice
active listening and right speech.

I remain humble and simple. It is the
path of docile progress in accordance with
the eternal laws.
 

I purify my heart in order to develop
sincerity and thus remain faithful to the
path of the good, beautiful and true.
 

I free myself from illusion to return
to the essential in life.
 

I deepen within myself the true principle
of the universe in order to receive the
light of the spirit.

I search for true joy beyond ephemeral
pleasures.

I nourish calm and non-action in the
centre of my being to attain illumination
and to act ever more efficiently in
helping others.

The beauty of the soul : I cultivate my
secret garden.
 

I wait for the appropriate moment to
exercise right action in space-time
reality.
 

I free myself from conditioning and work ceaselessly to find the primordial energy.

I work to overcome the ignorance of the
ego in order to develop generosity.
 

I purify my soul, refine my spirit and
preserve patience in waiting for the
moment when I will be mature enough to
return to the spirit.

I am a voyager in the world of appearances. I observe phenomena with lucidity and calm. This I transcend the world while being in the world.

I progress on the path of peace with
small actions.

I nourish myself with cosmic force. I
liberate myself from negative
conditioning in order to integrate the
essential in life on earth.
 

I control my inner life in order to act
authentically.
 

I nourish myself with positive energy at
the right moment with vivacity to free
myself from negative energy. Thus I am
able to act freely according to my will and
not according to negative conditioning.
 

I remain peacefully joyful at all times. The trials of life do not trouble my spirit and do not affect my actions.

I practice spirit clarity and firm
willpower with rigour.
 

I refine myself so that yang energy is able to flow into me provoking the retreat of the false yin energy. Thus true yin and yang energy may unite.

I search for the right measure in all

I progress without haste upon the path of
truth. I renounce rapid success if the
order of progress is not appropriate.

I practice inner firmness and outer
flexibility in my actions. I detach myself
from material gain and end results in order
to find true abundance while realizing
myself on earth.

In the midst of trials and tribulations
I remain joyful. Stress, sickness, old
age, obsessions do not constitute
obstacles, rather they become fertile
lessons for progress.
 

Yin and yang energies are out of balance. I exercise vigilance in order not to use the light in an arbitrary and abusive way.
 

I nourish the energy of the Tao by inner
calm and physical rest.
 

I practice firmness of spirit and
flexibility in action in order to develop
harmony in my soul.
 

The cosmic energy is no longer flowing. I
ask myself about my desires and actions
which are out of balance right now.
 

I receive abundance by practising
balance between clear thinking and right
action.
 

When yin and yang energies are out of balance, I empty myself in order to transcend my desires and emotions and unite heaven and earth.

I must remain vigilant concerning my own
desires. The yin and yang energies are out
of balance. I free myself from this
blockage in order to advance.
 

I unite myself with the other with a pure
heart.

I wait for the appropriate moment to
exercise right action in space-time
reality.
 

I remain humble and free of prejudice
while communicating with all of my
brothers and sisters . I abstain from
negative judgement.
 

I perfect myself by uniting my vitality, energy, and spirit.

The reunion with the heavenly principle demands rectitude and sacrifice.

I act accordingly to answer to life's needs
with discernment. There is a time for
everything: action/reflection. I live
according to the laws of nature and spirit.
I avoid hastiness and disorder in order to
establish harmony in my life.
 

I master earthly energy. If the path
becomes dangerous in the darkness, I
stop in order to practice discernment.
 

I practice moments of silence in order to
establish enduring calm in order to
advance with present mindedness in
everything I undertake.

I preserve the light hidden within me during moments of adversity. I act with lucidity and modesty at the right moment.
 

I wait for the appropriate moment to
exercise right action in space-time
reality.
 

There is dispersion when yin and yang energies are out of balance. I search methodically for order. I control advancing and retreating.
